The best soup EVER

Creamy Ham, Potato, Carrot Soup

**YUMMY**

 4 Potatoes (peeled and diced)

4 carrots (peeled and diced)

Ham (I used turkey/ham ~ cubed)

Cream of Chicken (1 can)

Cream of Celery (1 can)

Skim Milk (2 cans)

Mix everything together in a crock pot and cook on low for

5-6 hours

It is the best creamy potato soup!  Promise!!
